The management of Seaton Rail are delighted to announce accreditation by NSARE as a Network Rail Approved Workplace Assessment Provider.

Workplace assessments provide a continuing appraisal of an individual’s competence to work on the railway. We provide full documentation and feedback include managing and planning your assessments when there is not sufficient resource to handle this internally. This ensures all programme deadlines are met and avoids unnecessary and costly re-training.

We offer the following additional services to supplement our Workplace Assessment service;

• Mentoring Service with full mentoring documentation
• Competency Management services
